The Caddy analytics dashboard gives you a clear picture of how your side cart is performing: how much revenue it captures, how much Caddy directly boosts, and where you’re losing sales to abandoned carts. The dashboard is included with Caddy Pro.
To open it, go to Caddy > Dashboard in your WordPress admin.
The key metrics
The top of the dashboard shows eight stat cards for the selected period:
- Captured Revenue (Net) — total net revenue from completed orders.
- Caddy Boosted Revenue — revenue from orders where Caddy directly influenced the sale (a workflow or product recommendation added an item to the cart). This is the clearest measure of Caddy’s direct impact on your bottom line.
- Lost Revenue — the total value of abandoned carts.
- Avg Order Value — average value per completed order.
- Total Carts — every cart Caddy tracked (active, abandoned, and captured).
- Captured Carts — carts that converted into orders.
- Abandoned Carts — carts with no activity for 3+ hours that never checked out.
- Abandoned Cart Rate — the percentage of all carts that were abandoned.
Cart Activity chart
The Cart Activity chart plots captured carts against abandoned carts over the selected period, so you can spot trends at a glance — a spike in abandonment after a price change, or a lift in captured revenue after launching a workflow. Hover any bar to see the cart count and revenue for that day. For ranges of a month or less the chart shows daily bars; longer ranges aggregate by month.
Product tables
Below the chart you’ll find two tables:
- Top Caddy Converted Products — the products customers most often purchased after Caddy recommended them or a workflow offered them, with conversion counts and revenue.
- Most Abandoned Products — the products that most often get added to carts but never purchased, with the lost revenue for each. Use this list to review pricing, shipping costs, or product page copy for those items.
Choosing a date range
Use the Selected Period dropdown to change the reporting window. Presets include Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month (the default), Last Month, This Year, and Last Year — or choose Custom to set exact start and end dates. All metrics, the chart, and both tables update to match.
How data is collected
Tracking starts automatically as soon as Caddy Pro is active — there’s nothing to enable. A cart is counted as abandoned once it has had no activity for 3 hours without an order being placed. For a detailed breakdown of how individual conversions are attributed, see Understanding Caddy Conversion Tracking, and to inspect individual customer carts see Tracking customer carts with Caddy.
