Caddy Pro tracks every cart in your store — live shopping sessions, abandoned carts, and carts that converted into orders — and lets you inspect each one. It’s real-time visibility into your store’s revenue pipeline.
To view your carts, go to Caddy > Carts in your WordPress admin.
Cart statuses
Every tracked cart has one of three statuses, shown as filter tabs above the table:
- Active — the customer has added or updated items within the last 3 hours and hasn’t checked out yet. These are live shopping sessions.
- Abandoned — the cart has had no activity for more than 3 hours and no order was placed.
- Captured — the cart converted into a WooCommerce order.
Statuses update automatically — you don’t need to do anything. Click any tab to filter the table to that status; the count next to each label shows how many carts are in each state.
Reading the carts table
Each row shows the cart’s Status, the Customer (the user’s name for logged-in shoppers, or “Guest”), when it was Last active, the number of items, and the Cart Total (Gross). The Boosted column shows a checkmark when a Caddy workflow or recommendation added something to that cart — an instant view of how often Caddy is influencing baskets.
Columns are sortable, and you can change how many carts show per page via Screen Options in the top-right corner (25 by default).
Inspecting a cart
Click View Cart on any row to open the cart detail popup. It shows:
- When the cart was started and last updated — and for converted carts, when it was captured plus the time to capture (how long the customer took from first add-to-cart to purchase).
- Every item in the cart with its image, quantity, price, line total, and any variation details.
- Which workflow added an item, when applicable — linked directly to that workflow.
- A View Order button for captured carts, linking to the WooCommerce order.
Managing cart data
You can select carts with the checkboxes and use the Delete bulk action to remove old records. Deleting a tracked cart never affects WooCommerce orders — it only removes Caddy’s tracking record. To clear all tracked cart data at once, use the reset tool under Caddy > Settings > Tools.
The data in this screen powers the analytics dashboard — abandoned cart totals, lost revenue, and most-abandoned products all come from cart tracking.
