When the “Disable Cart Step” option is enabled under the Pages > Checkout settings, CheckoutWC disables the WooCommerce cart fragments feature. This prevents products from showing in Caddy cart window after adding them to cart. To prevent this from happening, you will need to uncheck the “Disable Cart Step” option.
